Shipping policy

 

All orders for physical merchandise, books, and accessories are processed within 2 to 4 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has officially shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods, such as new merch drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

We utilize automated USPS rates to calculate your shipping costs directly at checkout. These live rates are determined based on the total weight of the products in your cart and the final destination address, ensuring you pay the most accurate and fair price for delivery without any hidden markup fees.

Once your shipping label is created and the package is handed over to USPS, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for the USPS tracking portal to update with the initial postal scan.

For international orders, shipping times and costs will vary significantly depending on the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their local government upon arrival; these charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid by the recipient to release the package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been officially marked as "Delivered" by USPS. If you experience issues with a delivery after it has been marked delivered, please verify your shipping address, check with neighbors, and contact your local post office directly to open an investigation.
