Because of the exclusive nature and digital delivery of these specific products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the transaction is complete.

To initiate a return for eligible merchandise, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please remember that original USPS shipping costs calculated at checkout are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
